Selection Process
This process applies to management, administration, and mortgage origination hires.
- Hiring managers are responsible for conducting timely, effective interviews of qualified candidates for open positions. The corporate office is available to advise hiring managers on interview techniques and final candidate selection.
- The Corporate office will conduct reference checks and Social Security Verification on the selected final candidates. This includes checking all candidates against U.C General Services Administration, Background checks, (GSA) Excludes Parties List, the HUD Limited Denial of Participation List (LDP List), and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Suspended Counterparty Program (SCP) List.
