This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Tag Team Nation, LLC via Shopify or any affiliated checkout system. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

 

1. General Policy – All Sales

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or credits are only issued where expressly stated in this policy.

Failure to read or understand this policy does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

2. Physical Products

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply

 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims submitted after this window may be denied.

 

4. Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and final sale:

  • Subscription Fees and Tech Fees
  • Virtual Assistant services and hourly bookings
  • Digital products, downloads, templates, automation, and system access
  • Set up, onboarding, configuration, and administrative services
  • Consulting, coaching, or advisory services
  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items
  • Gift cards or store credit

Once access, setup, or scheduling has occurred, no refunds will be issued.

 

5. Tech Fee / Subscription – Included Services

The monthly Tech Fee / Subscription provides access to Tag Team Nation, LLC’s operational technology stack and infrastructure.

The Tech Fee includes access to and support for:

  • CRM and CMS system access (including HubSpot)
  • Customized landing pages
  • Personalized QR code intake forms (including short AI intake forms)
  • Open house and event intake systems
  • Slack Pro
  • Box (cloud storage and file management)
  • RingCentral
  • Vidyard Professional
  • RETR platform access
  • Workflow automation and system integrations
  • Platform configuration, maintenance, and administration
  • System access provisioning and user management

Tech Fee Refund Policy:

  • Tech Fees are billed monthly
  • All Tech Fees are non-refundable once billed
  • No prorated refunds for partial months
  • Cancellation stops future billing only

Once access is provisioned, the Tech Fee is considered earned in full for that billing cycle.

 

6. Virtual Assistant Services (Hourly, Monthly)

Virtual Assistant (“VA”) services are billed hourly and reserved monthly, subject to availability.

VA services may include:

  • Administrative Services (data entry, email/calendar management, process and database management)
  • Marketing Services (social media management, content management, multimedia design)
  • Prospecting Services (outbound calling with intake forms, script library, CRM support, lead processing)
  • Customer Services (concierge services, customer support, technical support)

VA Billing & Refund Policy:

  • Hours are reserved operational resources
  • Unused hours do not roll over
  • No refunds for unused, partially used, or forfeited hours
  • Client delays or failure to assign tasks do not pause billing
  • Early termination does not entitle the customer to a refund

All Virtual Assistant services are non-refundable once billed or scheduled.

 

7. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not entitle the customer to refunds for prior billing periods.

 

8. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds related to abuse, misuse, or excessive disputes
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in policy violations
  • Contest chargebacks that violate this policy

Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in permanent account suspension.

 

9. European Union Customers

Where required by EU consumer law, eligible physical goods shipped into the European Union may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

This does not apply to:

  • Digital content once accessed
  • Services already performed
  • Subscriptions, Tech Fees, or Virtual Assistant services

 

10. Policy Updates

Tag Team Nation, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
