These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, Shopify storefront, subscriptions, Virtual Assistant services, platforms, and any related products or services provided by Tag Team Nation, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. If purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services

Tag Team Nation, LLC provides technology access, subscription-based services, Virtual Assistant services, digital products, and related operational support.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Platform and system access
Technology infrastructure and integrations
Virtual Assistant services billed hourly and reserved monthly
Digital products, templates, workflows, and automation
Administrative, marketing, prospecting, and customer support assistance

We do not guarantee results, including revenue, leads, conversions, or business performance.

3. Subscriptions, Tech Fees & Billing

Tech Fee / Subscription

Billed on a recurring monthly basis
Provides system access and operational infrastructure
Non-refundable once billed
No prorated refunds for partial months
Cancellation stops future billing only

Additional Policies
For more details regarding billing, fees, refunds, shipping (if applicable), and cancellations, please refer to our Tech Fee Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Once access is provisioned, the Tech Fee is considered fully earned for that billing cycle.

Virtual Assistant Services

Billed hourly and reserved monthly
Hours do not roll over
Non-refundable once billed or scheduled
Early termination does not entitle the customer to a refund

Client delays, lack of task assignment, or non-responsiveness do not pause billing.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party, PCI-compliant payment processors.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to the Company’s Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that certain products and services, including subscriptions, Tech Fees, Virtual Assistant services, digital products, and setup services, are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Abuse staff, systems, or operational resources
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Engage in excessive disputes or chargebacks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and lawful information
Ensuring you have rights to any data you provide
Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Managing third-party licenses not included in your subscription

We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, tools, uptime, or policies.

Use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, software configurations, branding, and materials provided by Tag Team Nation, LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use provided materials solely for your internal business purposes.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information disclosed in connection with services.

This obligation survives termination of services.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tag Team Nation, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tag Team Nation, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services at any time for:

Non-payment
Policy violations
Abuse, fraud, or misuse

Termination does not relieve payment obligations already incurred.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tag Team Nation, LLC.
