This Purchase Options: Cancellation Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and service options offered by Tag Team Nation, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Shopify or any affiliated checkout system.

By selecting a purchase option and completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

 

1. Purchase Options Overview

Tag Team Nation, LLC may offer the following purchase options:

  • One-time purchases
  • Monthly or recurring subscriptions
  • Tech Fees
  • Hourly or monthly Virtual Assistant services

Each purchase option is clearly disclosed at checkout, including pricing and billing frequency.

 

2. Cancellation – General Rule

Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing only
  • Does not result in refunds for prior charges
  • Does not pause, credit, or extend services already billed

Failure to use services does not constitute cancellation.

 

3. Subscription & Tech Fee Cancellation

  • Subscriptions and Tech Fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis
  • All Tech Fees and subscription charges are non-refundable once billed
  • No prorated refunds for partial months
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only

Once system access is provisioned, the Tech Fee is considered earned for that billing period.

 

4. Virtual Assistant (VA) Services Cancellation

Virtual Assistant services are billed hourly and reserved monthly.

By purchasing VA services, you acknowledge that:

  • Hours are operational resources reserved in advance
  • Unused hours do not roll over
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds or credits
  • Client delays, lack of task assignment, or non-responsiveness do not pause billing

All VA services are non-refundable once billed or scheduled.

 

5. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are subject to the Company’s Return & Refund Policy.
Where a product or service is designated as final sale or non-refundable, cancellation is not permitted after purchase.

 

6. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted using one of the following methods:

  • Through your account portal (if available), or
  • By written notice to Tagteam@TheAngelilloGroup.com

Cancellations are effective only once confirmed by the Company.

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By selecting a purchase option and completing checkout, you acknowledge that:

  • Charges are authorized
  • Cancellation terms are disclosed prior to purchase
  • Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may be contested

Excessive disputes or abuse of cancellation rights may result in account suspension or termination.

 

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Purchase Options: Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and are effective upon posting.
