This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased from Tag Team Nation, LLC through our Shopify storefront or affiliated checkout systems.

 

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship physical products within the United States and select international destinations, subject to carrier availability and shipping restrictions.

Digital products, subscriptions, Tech Fees, and Virtual Assistant services do not require shipping and are delivered electronically.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may vary due to inventory availability, customization, high order volume, or operational considerations.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable shipping providers.

Shipping method selection, carrier assignment, and delivery routing are determined at our discretion unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

 

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply.

 

7. Order Tracking

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided via email where available.

Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status.

 

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Tag Team Nation, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • File claims directly with the carrier
  • Contact local authorities for stolen packages

Shipping insurance may be available at checkout where applicable.

 

9. Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation, including photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.

 

10. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

 

11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused or returned due to delivery failure, customs rejection, or incorrect address may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Non-refundable shipping charges

 

12. Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

 

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.
