Technology Access Plan

This enrollment provides MLO Core platform access as outlined on this page.

Enrollment in this Plan includes a recurring Technology Fee of $2,189 per year for administrative infrastructure and system access only. This fee excludes advertising budgets, loan compensation, and Virtual Assistant wages.

This Technology Fee is separate from and unrelated to any loan compensation structure.

The Technology Fee:

  • Reflects fair market value

  • Covers platform licensing and operational infrastructure

  • Is not based on loan production, commissions, referrals, or closed transactions

  • Is not compensation

Access and billing are governed by the Platform Access, Technology Services & Compliance Policy and the applicable Technology Fee Addendum.

Non-Refundable Technology Fee

This payment is a Technology Fee collected by Tag Team Nation, LLC, a separate and independent entity from Tag Lending Group, LLC.

The Technology Fee:

  • Is non-refundable

  • Is not prorated for partial billing periods

  • Is not refundable for unused access

  • Is earned upon issuance of access credentials and enablement of system permissions, regardless of level of usage

  • Cancellation stops future recurring billing only

By completing this purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any Technology Fee earned upon provision of access, except where required by applicable law.
