Technology Access Plan
This enrollment provides Agent Viewer platform access as outlined on this page, including referral visibility and transaction status tracking tools where applicable.
Enrollment in this Plan includes a recurring Technology Fee of $49 per month for administrative platform access and reporting visibility only.
This Technology Fee is separate from and unrelated to any real estate commission structure or settlement service activity.
The Technology Fee:

Reflects fair market value for platform access

Covers reporting tools and collaboration infrastructure

Is not based on referrals, commissions, loan production, or closed transactions

Is not compensation

Is not payment for the referral of settlement service business
Access and billing are governed by the Platform Access, Technology Services & Compliance Policy and the Agent Platform Access Addendum.
Non-Refundable Technology Fee
This payment is a Technology Fee collected by Tag Team Nation, LLC, a separate and independent entity from Tag Lending Group, LLC.
The Technology Fee:

Is non-refundable

Is not prorated for partial billing periods

Is not refundable for unused access

Is earned upon issuance of access credentials and enablement of system permissions, regardless of level of usage

Cancellation stops future recurring billing only
By completing this purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any Technology Fee earned upon provision of access, except where required by applicable law.
